The Branch Manager will lead the Mombasa branch of New Holland, driving equipment sales, revenue, and market share while overseeing day‑to‑day operations. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or higher such as MBA/MSc/MA or Postgraduate Diploma
- • Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales, business development and branch management
- • Proven leadership in overseeing operations, parts and service functions
- • Strong commercial acumen and decision‑making ability
- • High integrity with a commitment to ethical governance
