The Branch Manager will lead the Mombasa office in delivering medical and non‑medical insurance business growth, overseeing client relationships and meeting premium targets. Responsibilities include driving market expansion, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring high renewal retention through effective cross‑selling. The manager will coordinate intermediaries, monitor service level agreements, and gather market intelligence to inform strategic decisions. This senior role requires extensive experience in insurance sales or underwriting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree, BSc, HND or Diploma in a relevant field
- • Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance sales or underwriting
- • Proven leadership and business development capabilities
