Job Description
The Career Coach will provide one‑on‑one coaching and group workshops to participants of an AI‑focused professional development program, helping them define career goals, develop action plans, and improve job‑search skills. The contractor will collaborate with the project team to tailor coaching sessions to the AI training context and track participant progress.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Proven experience as a career coach or professional development specialist
- • Strong communication and mentoring abilities
- • Familiarity with AI or technology‑focused career pathways is an advantage
