Job Description
The Critical Care Nurse provides expert nursing care to patients in the intensive care unit, ensuring safe and coordinated treatment in line with hospital protocols. The role involves continuous monitoring of vital signs, administration of therapies, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication and patient‑safety focus are essential to deliver high‑quality critical care.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Higher Diploma in Critical Care Nursing (KRCCN) or related nursing qualification.
- • Minimum two years experience in a Critical Care Unit after KRCCN training.
- • Valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
- • Strong communication and patient‑safety skills.
- • Diploma in Community Health Nursing or a degree in Nursing is an added advantage.
