Job Description
The Data Analyst provides commercial insights for Bollard Consulting by analysing sales performance, CRM data and inventory trends. Responsibilities include generating reports, interpreting data and supporting strategic decisions for the commercial department. Strong analytical and visualisation skills are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics or related discipline
- • At least 2 years experience in data analysis, preferably in a commercial or sales environment
- • Proficiency with SQL, Excel and data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- • Collect, clean and analyse commercial data to identify sales trends and performance gaps
- • Produce regular sales performance reports and dashboards for management review
- • Interpret CRM data to support customer segmentation and revenue forecasting
- • Conduct stock and inventory analytics to optimise supply chain decisions
- • Prepare ad‑hoc analyses and presentations to inform business strategy
- • Maintain data integrity and document analytical methodologies
