Job Description
The Debt Collection Agent is responsible for contacting delinquent borrowers, negotiating repayment arrangements, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or equivalent qualification
- • 1–2 years’ experience in debt collection, finance or related field
- • Good communication and negotiation abilities
