Job Description
The Field Sales Manager will manage all sales activities for the assigned shop, recruiting and training staff while driving revenue growth for solar solutions. Responsibilities include performance monitoring, local marketing and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred)
- • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in renewable energy
- • Strong leadership, training and customer‑service skills
- • Good knowledge of solar products and market dynamics

- • Manage daily sales operations within the shop and achieve sales targets
- • Recruit, train and supervise sales staff to ensure high performance
- • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching as needed
- • Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to attract customers
