Job Description
The Field Sales Representative will promote and sell skincare products across the Mombasa region, building relationships with retail partners and achieving sales targets. The role involves frequent travel, product demonstrations and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Proven sales experience in retail, FMCG or beauty products
- • Strong communication and negotiation skills
- • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- • Self‑motivated with a results‑driven attitude
- • High school diploma
- further education in marketing or sales is a plus
