Job Description
The Food & Beverage Manager leads the hotel’s F&B service, production, animation and entertainment teams, ensuring brand standards and exceptional guest experiences. They drive revenue growth across outlets, oversee staff training and compliance with SOPs, and monitor performance against targets. The role also manages staff performance reviews and implements continuous improvement initiatives.

- • Champion the hotel brand and uphold brand standards
- • Track, report, achieve and exceed departmental targets
- • Mentor and motivate team leaders to foster high‑performing teams
- • Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the F&B, production, animation and entertainment divisions
- • Lead teams to deliver exceptional customer service in line with policies
- • Ensure 100 % compliance with SOPs through staff training
- • Prepare regular performance reports for the General Manager and Controller
- • Recommend improvements based on business performance, marketing realities and customer feedback
- • Promote and maximize sales across all F&B and entertainment outlets
- • Develop and implement SOPs for all departments
- • Monitor food‑cost indicators to stay within approved budgets
- • Maintain hygiene standards that meet international requirements
- • Conduct monthly staff performance reviews and manage promotions, transfers or replacements
- • Participate in the division’s performance management system
- • Establish a guest‑satisfaction feedback system and encourage reviews on social media
- • Review feedback with leadership and take corrective action
- • Be visible to guests regularly to monitor service delivery
