Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in Food Safety, Nutrition, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- • At least 1 year experience in food safety or quality assurance within a restaurant environment.
- • Knowledge of HACCP principles and local health regulations.
- • Strong observational and communication skills.
