Job Description
The House‑keeping Supervisor oversees the cleanliness and order of guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces while leading a team of room attendants. You will allocate daily cleaning tasks, ensure standards are met, and respond promptly to guest requests and complaints. The role also involves supervising staff performance and supporting the Executive Housekeeper as needed. A vocational diploma and at least three years of relevant experience are required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or vocational qualification in Hospitality or related field
- • Minimum 3 years experience in housekeeping supervision
- • Strong leadership and team‑management abilities
- • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
- • Good communication skills and ability to handle guest concerns

- • Supervise and monitor the daily operation of assigned guest rooms and public areas
- • Allocate rooms and deep‑cleaning tasks to housekeeping team members
- • Ensure all areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards
- • Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints and special amenity needs
- • Conduct inspections of occupied and departure rooms, focusing on guest satisfaction
- • Support the Executive Housekeeper with additional duties as required
