Job Description
The I.T Services & Infrastructure Officer is responsible for maintaining reliable network, server and hardware infrastructure across Kilimall’s offices and warehouses, ensuring uninterrupted operations and robust security.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT operations, infrastructure management or support roles.
- • Proven ability to manage network hardware, servers and security systems.
- • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with routers, switches, firewalls and UPS systems.
- • Knowledge of CCTV systems and IT security/access‑control procedures.
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Manage power, network and internet connectivity across all locations, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, UPS and backup systems.
- • Oversee warehouse IT systems such as WMS, scanners and printers, providing on‑site troubleshooting during peak periods.
- • Install, configure, maintain and support office computers, printers and other network devices.
- • Maintain CCTV infrastructure, ensure proper recording, storage and retrieval of surveillance footage.
- • Administer user accounts, access rights and onboarding/off‑boarding processes in line with security policies.
- • Deliver day‑to‑day IT support, resolve service requests within SLA and coordinate support activities among team members.
- • Supervise and train junior IT staff, fostering skill development and adherence to best practices.
