Job Description
The Lead Dental Nurse will oversee the dental nursing team, coordinating daily clinical workflows and ensuring high standards of patient care. Responsibilities include managing staff rotas, providing chair‑side assistance using four‑handed dentistry, and maintaining strict infection‑prevention protocols. The role also involves supervising equipment maintenance, stock management, and accurate clinical documentation while utilizing practice management software. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma in Dental Assistant Course from a reputable institution.
- • Valid professional registration and licensing with the relevant regulatory body.
- • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dental Nurse.
- • Prior experience in a senior or leadership role (preferred).
- • Strong knowledge of dental procedures, infection prevention, health and safety, and clinical protocols.
- • Knowledge of Basic Life Support (BLS).
- • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
