Job Description
The Project Lead will manage trade marketing initiatives across multiple regions, coordinating with internal teams, clients, and retail partners to ensure campaign success. Responsibilities include supervising field teams, monitoring budgets and timelines, and delivering weekly performance reports. The role requires 3‑5 years of experience in trade marketing, FMCG sales or retail promotions, and a strong understanding of both general and modern trade channels. Candidates must hold a BA/BSc/HND and reside on the Kenyan coast.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND qualification
- • 3‑5 years experience in trade marketing, FMCG sales or retail promotions
- • Residence in Kenya’s coastal region
- • Strong understanding of general trade (wholesalers, kiosks) and modern trade (supermarkets, key accounts)
- • Excellent organizational and communication skills
- • Flexible, proactive and able to work under pressure
- • Background in marketing, sales or project management preferred
- • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
