Job Description
The Relationship Manager – Business Banking will acquire and deepen relationships with SME clients, delivering tailored banking solutions to support their growth. Responsibilities include originating new business, cross‑selling products, managing credit risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or professional certificate
- • Experience in SME, commercial or corporate banking
- • Strong knowledge of lending, cash management, trade finance and wealth products

- • Acquire new SME clients and expand share of wallet across the portfolio
- • Generate revenue through lending, transactional banking, trade and wealth products
- • Identify cross‑sell opportunities and increase product penetration per client
- • Deliver revenue growth while maintaining portfolio quality and disciplined credit standards
- • Adhere to operational risk, compliance and credit governance processes
- • Provide wealth management advice, including succession planning and family business continuity
