Job Description
The Sales Representative promotes paint, automotive and industrial coating products to customers in the Mombasa region. They build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors and end‑users while working to achieve monthly sales targets. The role also involves preparing quotations, processing orders and providing after‑sales support. Reporting is done to the Area Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in paint, automotive or industrial coating sectors
- • Strong communication and negotiation skills
- • Ability to travel within the Mombasa region
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools

Responsibilities
- • Identify and prospect new customers for paint, automotive and industrial coating products
- • Present product specifications and conduct demonstrations to clients
- • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close sales deals
- • Process orders and coordinate delivery with logistics teams
- • Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system
- • Achieve assigned sales targets and report performance to the Area Sales Manager
- • Provide after‑sales support and address customer inquiries
