Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor manages all aspects of warehouse operations for Kilimall, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, distribution and inventory control. They lead a team, enforce policies, and maintain safety and quality standards. The role prepares performance reports and drives continuous improvement in warehouse processes. Reporting to senior logistics management, the supervisor supports the company’s e‑commerce fulfillment objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- • 3–4 years experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations
- • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software
- • Proven ability to lead and develop warehouse teams

- • Manage warehouse operations in line with company policies and objectives
- • Oversee receiving, storage, distribution, and maintenance of goods
- • Develop and enforce efficient warehouse policies, procedures, and operational standards
- • Recruit, onboard, coach, and motivate warehouse staff
- • Manage inventory, stock control, and system reconciliation
- • Prepare regular warehouse performance reports and statistics
- • Set performance expectations and conduct employee performance reviews
- • Promote a safe, positive, and productive working environment
- • Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and proper condition of goods
