Job Description
The Program Delivery Associate Trainee supports the implementation of the Tap2Eat school feeding programme, gaining hands‑on experience in school operations, data management and stakeholder engagement. The trainee works under supervision to ensure smooth delivery of meals and compliance with SOPs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business, Development Studies or related field
- • Strong interest in programme implementation and community development
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Assist with daily school operations including queue management, food receipt verification and tag replacement
- • Accompany Program Delivery Associates on school visits to learn operational workflows
- • Support monitoring of hygiene practices, portion control and service standards
- • Help ensure adherence to Tap2Eat Standard Operating Procedures
- • Contribute to data collection and reporting for programme monitoring
- • Provide customer service to school staff and beneficiaries
