Job Description
The A Level Mathematics & Physics Teacher delivers engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge International curriculum, prepares students for examinations and fosters a rigorous academic environment. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Education with specialisation in Mathematics and Physics
- • Minimum 7 years of teaching experience in a Cambridge curriculum school
- • At least 2 years of experience teaching Cambridge International A Level Mathematics and Physics
- • Demonstrated success in preparing students for Cambridge A Level examinations

- • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Mathematics and Physics lessons following the Cambridge International A Level curriculum
- • Develop lesson plans, schemes of work and assessment materials
- • Prepare students for Cambridge A Level examinations through effective teaching and continuous assessment
- • Monitor, assess and report on students’ academic progress
- • Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- • Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- • Integrate technology and practical approaches into classroom instruction
- • Maintain effective classroom management and uphold school policies
- • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress
- • Participate in departmental meetings, school activities and professional development programmes
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of teaching and learning within the department
