The accountant will manage the preparation of financial statements and ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts for the insurance firm. Core duties include handling accounts receivable and payable, maintaining the general ledger, and supporting month‑end closing processes. The role requires strong analytical abilities and attention to detail to uphold financial integrity. Effective communication with internal teams and external auditors is also essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- • Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA preferred
- • Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems
- • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills
- • High attention to detail and accuracy
