Job Description
The accountant will manage key financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Responsibilities include reconciliations, payroll processing, statutory compliance, management accounts, cash‑flow monitoring, audit preparation, supplier payments, and maintaining financial controls. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, possesses 2–3 years of relevant experience, and preferably has CPA or ACCA certification. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP and accounting software are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- • 2–3 years of active accounting experience
- • CPA or ACCA qualification preferred
- • Strong practical experience with ERP and accounting software
- • Good knowledge of Kenyan tax regulations and statutory obligations
- • Hospitality or real‑estate experience advantageous
- • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and analytical skills
