The Admissions Lead Conversion Officer manages the initial contact with prospective parents, ensuring every enquiry is responded to promptly and qualified effectively. By nurturing leads through the admissions funnel, the role increases school tour bookings and supports enrolment officers in converting prospects to students. The position requires strong communication, data reporting and a customer‑focused mindset.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BSc or HND) in any discipline
- • 2–4 years experience in lead management or admissions support
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to work independently and meet strict response‑time targets
- • Proficiency with reporting tools and customer‑relationship systems

Responsibilities
- • Respond to all new parent enquiries across digital, phone and social channels within the agreed SLA
- • Qualify and nurture leads, guiding them toward scheduled school tours or appointments
- • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system
- • Generate regular reports on lead response times and conversion rates
- • Collaborate with enrolment officers to streamline the hand‑over of qualified prospects
