Job Description
The After‑Sales & Workshop Operations Executive oversees the full spectrum of workshop activities, from vehicle intake to final delivery, ensuring high‑quality repairs and exceptional customer service. Leads a team of technicians, manages resources, and drives business development within the automotive service center. Maintains operational efficiency while meeting turnaround targets and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or Diploma in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field
- • 5–20 years experience in automotive workshop operations or after‑sales service
- • Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes, insurance claims, and quality control
- • Proven ability to supervise staff and manage workshop resources
- • Excellent customer service and communication skills

- • Manage day‑to‑day workshop operations
- • Coordinate vehicle intake, assessment, repair, quality control, and delivery
- • Plan and allocate jobs to technicians and monitor progress
- • Ensure jobs are completed within agreed turnaround times
- • Monitor repair quality and minimize rework
- • Ensure proper utilization of workshop equipment, tools, and resources
- • Act as liaison between customers and the workshop
- • Receive customers and assess repair/service requirements
- • Prepare and coordinate quotations, job cards, and work orders
- • Keep customers informed on repair progress, costs, and timelines
