Qualifications & Requirements
- • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience using Jira or similar tools
- • Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders
- • Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Partner with the Agile Product Manager to define product vision and roadmap priorities
- • Act as the voice of the customer, aligning backlog items with business value
- • Translate features into clear user stories and maintain a high‑quality backlog in Jira
- • Lead backlog refinement sessions and support Program Increment planning
- • Collaborate with developers, testers, Scrum Masters, QA, UAT teams, and business stakeholders to enable predictable delivery
- • Monitor delivery, quality, utilization, and customer experience metrics
- • Use analytics and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous product improvement
