Job Description
The Agile Scrum Master Senior Analyst will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments and guide the development team to deliver high‑quality healthcare software solutions for Cigna.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science or related discipline
- • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a healthcare or insurance environment
- • Strong facilitation, communication and problem‑solving skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Lead daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
- • Coach the team on agile best practices and ensure adherence to Scrum framework
- • Collaborate with product owners to refine backlog and define clear acceptance criteria
- • Identify and resolve blockers to maintain steady delivery velocity
- • Track progress and report metrics to stakeholders
