Candidates must possess advanced agricultural knowledge and proven experience leading large‑scale trials.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field
- • Minimum 5 years of experience leading agricultural research or trials
- • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multidisciplinary teams
- • Strong analytical and statistical skills
- • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
