Job Description
The Agriculture Intern will support the African Development Bank’s agriculture team with research, data collection and analysis related to agricultural projects. Tasks include field visits, preparing reports and assisting senior staff with project documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Science or related field
- • Strong analytical and written communication skills
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools
- • Interest in development finance and sustainable agriculture

- • Conduct literature reviews and gather data on agricultural initiatives
- • Assist with field visits and on‑site data collection
- • Prepare draft reports, briefs and presentations for senior staff
- • Support monitoring and evaluation activities of ongoing projects
- • Perform administrative tasks related to project documentation
