Job Description
The AI Product Manager leads the delivery and adoption of AI‑driven solutions for humanitarian projects. They translate strategic objectives into clear product roadmaps, coordinate development activities, and bridge research with engineering teams. The role requires strong product management experience in data and digital transformation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (BA/BSc/HND)
- • 5–7 years’ product management experience in technology, data or digital transformation
- • Proven track record of launching and scaling complex digital products
- • Ability to bridge technical and non‑technical teams and translate technology into user needs
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Own coordination, sequencing, prioritisation and rollout of multiple AI products
- • Translate project vision and objectives into concrete product requirements and deliverables
- • Connect research outcomes with engineering development to create practical humanitarian applications
- • Align internal and external stakeholders around product priorities and timelines
- • Manage operational aspects of product development, identify dependencies and remove barriers
- • Ensure digital solutions deliver tangible impact for crisis‑response teams
