Job Description
The AMO Head of Quality is responsible for overseeing the Quality Management System of the aircraft maintenance organization, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and internal standards. They will coordinate audits, manage corrective actions, and lead a team of internal auditors and quality staff. The role requires a licensed aircraft maintenance engineer or an aeronautical engineering degree and strong communication skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AMEL) or Degree/Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering
- • Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Office 365
- • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct (Police Clearance Certificate)
- • Preferred: Management or supervisory training, Degree in Aviation Management, QMS training from an approved aviation training organization
