Job Description
The Analyst, CVP Core Consumer Solutions supports the development of customer value propositions for Visa’s consumer portfolio across Southern and Eastern Africa. Responsibilities include data analysis, market research, preparing performance reports and translating insights into actionable product recommendations. The role works closely with product, sales, marketing and finance teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in a relevant discipline
- • 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis or related field
- • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- • Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and presentation development

Responsibilities
- • Support development and enhancement of customer value propositions across consumer portfolios
- • Conduct customer segmentation, benefit mapping and market opportunity assessments
- • Analyse portfolio performance and produce analytical insights
- • Prepare and present weekly key results, variance reports and trend analyses to management
- • Coordinate data‑driven projects and collaborate with product, sales, marketing and finance teams
- • Translate data and market insights into practical recommendations for product and digital initiatives
- • Produce clear presentation materials, dashboards and executive briefs
- • Perform market research and monitor industry trends in card payments and fintech
