Job Description
The AQA Officer will support and enhance the quality of academic programs by ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards. Responsibilities include monitoring program performance, assisting with accreditation documentation, analyzing student data, and providing training to academic staff. The role requires a degree in a relevant field and at least three years of experience in quality assurance or higher education. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or higher (MBA/MSc/MA) or professional certificate
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in academic quality assurance or related field
- • Strong analytical and reporting skills
- • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- • Assist in monitoring and evaluating academic programs and courses for quality standards
- • Support the AQA Manager in conducting regular reviews of academic processes and outcomes
- • Analyse data related to student performance, feedback and academic quality
- • Ensure programs comply with internal and external regulatory requirements
- • Prepare documentation for accreditation processes and quality audits
- • Provide training and support to academic staff on quality‑assurance best practices
- • Maintain records of quality‑assurance activities, including reports and meeting minutes
