Qualifications & Requirements

Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Measure and prepare ingredients according to bakery recipes.
- • Mix dough, shape breads, pastries and other baked goods.
- • Operate basic baking equipment safely under supervision.
- • Prepare trays, utensils and workstations before production runs.
- • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery, equipment and work surfaces.
- • Follow food‑hygiene and safe food‑handling practices at all times.
- • Assist the head baker in monitoring product quality and consistency.
