Job Description
The Assistant Inventory & Reverse Logistics Officer manages device collection, validation and return processes, supports dealers and agents, and coordinates payment reconciliation to ensure efficient reverse‑logistics operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or Diploma in a related field
- • Minimum 1–3 years experience in inventory or reverse‑logistics operations
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- • Proficiency with Monday.com, ERP systems and Excel
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Validate newly collected phones, confirming device, IMEI and customer details
- • Respond to queries from dealers, agents and field teams regarding device returns
- • Investigate and resolve routine return issues, escalating complex cases as needed
- • Provide documentation for processing outstanding payments and track resolutions
- • Maintain accurate records of payment exceptions and recurring issues
- • Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure timely follow‑up on queries
