Job Description
The assistant will support the Privacy, Risk & Compliance Officer by maintaining records, gathering audit evidence, and tracking vendor risk activities to keep the subsidiary audit‑ready. They will assist with OneTrust documentation, monitor compliance controls, and help coordinate privacy‑related contracts. The role calls for a bachelor’s degree and one to three years of experience in privacy, risk or compliance, with strong analytical and communication skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- • One to three years of experience in privacy, risk management or compliance roles
- • Knowledge of data‑privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA/CPRA
- • Familiarity with GRC/privacy tools like OneTrust
- • Ability to analyse contracts for data‑processing clauses (DPAs, SCCs)
- • Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills
- • High integrity and strong organisational abilities
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Assist in maintaining accurate Records of Processing Activities (RoPAs) for controller and processor operations in OneTrust
- • Gather, organise and upload evidence for internal and external privacy audits
- • Track progress of audit action plans and follow up with internal departments
- • Support vendor due‑diligence by collecting DPAs, security assessments and contract clauses
- • Help monitor compliance controls and report any gaps
- • Contribute to the preparation of privacy‑related documentation and reports
