Job Description
The Assistant Stocks and Credit Manager will support product distribution, credit control and sales administration functions for Kinangop Dairy Limited. The role ensures compliance with credit policies, maintains accurate customer records and assists in efficient stock management across the supply chain.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field (MBA/MSc/MA or professional certificates are a plus)
- • Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit control, stock management or sales administration
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Support implementation and enforcement of the company’s Credit Policy
- • Monitor customer accounts and prepare periodic statements for review
- • Conduct creditworthiness assessments for new credit applicants
- • Ensure timely collection and allocation of customer payments
- • Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on overdue balances
- • Create and process sales documents and customer orders
- • Generate sales and revenue reports
- • Acknowledge customer purchase orders and maintain accurate records
- • Coordinate communication between customers and the sales team regarding orders and deliveries
- • Coordinate product allocation based on customer demand and inventory availability
