Job Description
The Assistant Workshop Manager supports the Head of Engineering by delivering high‑quality mechanical services to internal customers across all divisions. He/she supervises workshop technicians, ensures equipment maintenance, and upholds safety standards. The role contributes to efficient plant operations through effective resource coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- • Minimum 2 years experience in workshop or plant maintenance supervision
- • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance procedures
- • Ability to lead teams and enforce safety protocols
- • Good problem‑solving and communication skills

- • Supervise workshop technicians and allocate tasks to meet service requests
- • Ensure maintenance and repair work complies with safety and quality standards
