Job Description
The Candidate Care Specialist ensures a consistent and high‑quality experience for all applicants, coordinating communication throughout the recruitment process. The role works closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep searches on schedule and to resolve any delays. Detailed reporting using iCIMS helps identify bottlenecks and maintain data integrity.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND).
- • Relevant experience in human resources or recruitment processes.

- • Support the candidate communication process across active searches, providing timely and clear updates at every stage.
- • Coordinate directly with recruiters and hiring managers to keep searches moving, flagging delays and following up on outstanding actions.
- • Assist with exception reporting using iCIMS data to identify candidates who have not been progressed or updated within agreed timeframes.
