The Associate Director will lead the expansion of IPE Global’s health and biosciences portfolio across Kenya and East Africa, overseeing the full business‑development cycle from market intelligence to contract award. The role involves building strategic relationships with government, donors, philanthropies and private‑sector partners, and shaping consortia to win competitive proposals. Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND (or higher) in health, biosciences, business or related field
- MBA/MSc/MA preferred
- • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including senior business‑development roles in health or biosciences
- • Proven track record securing donor‑funded projects and managing partnerships
- • Strong analytical, strategic planning and market‑research abilities
- • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills
