Job Description
The Associate will assist the Facility Manager in planning and overseeing maintenance activities across retail stores, ensuring assets operate reliably and safely.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- • 4+ years of relevant facilities management experience, including 1+ year in retail
- • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- • Initiative‑driven with excellent communication skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Prepare, schedule, and report maintenance activities in coordination with stores and stakeholders
- • Conduct store inspections in line with annual maintenance plans and agreements
- • Oversee execution of maintenance work to meet quality and timeline requirements
- • Report on contractor performance and coordinate timely issue resolution
- • Manage inventory of consumables and critical spare parts to ensure availability
- • Support incident response and emergency initiatives as needed
- • Compile and maintain documentation related to equipment and maintenance activities
- • Assist in preparing reports and recommending improvement areas
