Job Description
The Associate supports facility management by ensuring all assets operate efficiently and meet maintenance standards. They coordinate routine inspections, schedule preventive maintenance, and track work orders to minimize downtime. The role also assists in managing vendor contracts and reporting on asset performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
- • At least 2 years of experience in facility or asset management
- • Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and health‑and‑safety regulations
- • Strong organizational and communication skills
- • Ability to work independently and support a team
