Job Description
The Associate Financial Analyst intern supports Tatu City’s finance team by analysing business opportunities, building financial models and preparing presentations for senior management. The role also involves assisting with strategy development, investor relations and deal execution under supervision.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or a related field
- • 1‑3 years of experience in financial analysis
- • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling
- • Familiarity with valuation methods and accounting principles
- • Excellent analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills
- • Strong written and verbal communication in English
- • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects
- • Knowledge of real‑estate or city‑planning industry is a plus
- • CFA certification is a plus
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Conduct financial and commercial analysis of new land sales and development projects
- • Develop and maintain financial models and business plans for real‑estate developments
- • Prepare high‑quality presentations that combine financial data and visual aids
- • Support the formulation and implementation of business strategies
- • Assist in maintaining investor information memoranda and related documentation
- • Contribute to deal origination and execution processes as directed
