Job Description
The Associate Lead will oversee customer operations, coordinating daily workflows and ensuring service quality across all touchpoints. This position provides leadership to the operations team, drives process improvements and monitors performance metrics. It also collaborates with cross‑functional partners to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or related field
- • Proven experience in customer service or operations leadership (2+ years preferred)

- • Ability to analyze data and drive continuous improvement
- • Proficiency with CRM and workflow management tools
