Job Description
The Associate will provide technical, analytical, and coordination support for capital‑markets projects, conducting research, preparing high‑quality documents, and tracking implementation progress. The role contributes to evidence‑based decision‑making and effective stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or MBA/MSc/MA in Economics, Finance, Public Policy, or a related field
- • 4–6 years experience in capital‑markets policy and regulations
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Conduct market research, benchmarking, data gathering, and analysis to inform project design and implementation
- • Prepare and review technical materials such as concept notes, proposals, terms of reference, presentations, and briefing notes
- • Develop and refine workplans, results frameworks, implementation approaches, and monitoring indicators
- • Coordinate inputs from internal teams, consultants, service providers, and external stakeholders
- • Support workshops, meetings, and consultations, documenting outcomes and actions
- • Draft project updates, implementation reports, development‑impact reports, and knowledge‑management outputs
