The role oversees program design, stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement across multiple regions. Candidates need extensive experience in agricultural research program management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Agronomy, Plant Science, Development Studies or related field
- • Minimum 5 years of experience managing large‑scale agricultural programs
- • Strong track record in scaling technologies and stakeholder coordination
- • Excellent communication, grant writing, and leadership skills
- • Ability to work in multicultural environments
