Job Description
The Associate Revit Technician creates and maintains detailed BIM models for engineering projects, ensuring design accuracy and coordination across disciplines. They work closely with project engineers to produce construction documentation and support project delivery. The role requires strong technical skills in Revit and an eye for detail.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and familiarity with BIM workflows
- • 2‑4 years of experience creating Revit models for commercial projects
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Develop and update Revit models for architectural and engineering designs
- • Coordinate model information with multidisciplinary project teams
- • Produce construction drawings and detail components from the BIM model
- • Perform quality checks to ensure model accuracy and compliance with standards
- • Support project documentation and assist with model‑based quantity take‑offs
