Job Description
Responsible for advising World Bank regional teams on digital tools, bridging field needs with product development, and facilitating technology adoption to improve operational effectiveness. Acts as a strategic partner to country task teams, identifying challenges and proposing innovative solutions. Leads stakeholder engagement and promotes a culture of collaboration and data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ICT, or a related field
- MBA/MSc/MA preferred.
- • Eight to ten years of experience in large, complex organizations or international development settings.
- • Proven experience working with World Bank operations or similar development frameworks.
- • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with country teams and task teams in field‑embedded roles.
- • Multilingual capability is an advantage.
- • Relevant certifications such as SAFe Agilist, Digital Transformation, Change Management or Design Thinking.
