Job Description
The Audio & Production Coordinator will provide technical audio support for Rosslyn Academy’s events, operating and maintaining sound systems across the auditorium, Eagletorium and amphitheater. Responsibilities include preparing equipment, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and collaborating with teachers and production teams to deliver high‑quality sound for plays, concerts and ceremonies. The role requires formal sound‑technical training, proficiency with a sound console and a keen ear for tone and balance. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Formal technical sound training or a related diploma
- • Ability to operate a sound console and manage audio equipment
- • Well‑developed ear for tone, balance, clarity and overall sound quality
- • Flexibility to work during school events, including evenings or occasional weekends
- • Physical dexterity to lift and move audio equipment safely

- • Operate and maintain sound systems for school events and performance spaces
- • Ensure technical readiness, safety, cleanliness and presentation of the auditorium and backstage areas
- • Provide audio support for plays, musicals, concerts, assemblies, chapel services, sporting events and ceremonies
- • Oversee organization and operation of event and performance spaces such as the Auditorium, Eagletorium and Amphitheater
- • Collaborate with teachers, students, production leaders and teams to meet production requirements
