Job Description
The Audit Senior will lead audit engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring compliance with professional standards and providing high‑quality assurance to clients. Responsibilities include coordinating audit teams, reviewing evidence, preparing reports and offering advisory insights to improve financial reporting. The role requires strong technical knowledge and effective communication with clients and staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- • CPA(K), ACCA or equivalent professional qualification (completed or near completion)
- • Membership with ICPAK preferred
- • 4–6 years of external audit experience, preferably in an audit firm
- • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks
- • Proficiency with bookkeeping and audit software
