Job Description
The Barista will prepare a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages while ensuring quality, consistency, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include following recipes and hygiene standards, maintaining equipment, managing inventory, and collaborating with the team to deliver smooth operations. Candidates must have at least two years of barista experience in a fast‑paced coffee environment and be proficient with espresso machines and latte art. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum two years of experience as a barista in a professional coffee setting
- • Experience working in quick‑service restaurants or coffee shops
- • Proficiency operating espresso machines and grinders
- • Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and basic latte art
- • Ability to work quickly, multitask, and handle busy periods efficiently
- • Friendly, customer‑centric attitude with strong communication skills
- • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- • BA/BSc/HND or equivalent qualification
