Job Description
The Barista will prepare and serve high‑quality coffee and specialty beverages while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Responsibilities include operating espresso machines, maintaining cleanliness of the service area, and handling cash transactions accurately. The role also requires monitoring inventory, restocking supplies, and adhering to health and safety standards. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • 1–2 years experience as a barista or in a similar customer‑facing role
- • Completion of a recognized training program or diploma in hospitality or food service
- • Strong communication and customer service skills
- • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Required Skills

- • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to company recipes
- • Maintain a clean and organized work station and seating area
- • Operate POS system and handle cash and card transactions accurately
- • Restock coffee beans, milk, pastries and other supplies
